Dropbox Sign is the best fit for a solo user or small team that wants no cap on signature requests, from $15 a month for one user. DocuSign is the better choice when you need bulk send, payment collection or web forms, which start on Business Pro at $45 a user a month. Adobe is the pick for teams already editing PDFs in Acrobat, where e-signature comes inside Acrobat Standard for teams, while the dedicated Acrobat Sign Solutions is quote only.

Adobe Acrobat Sign

E-signature is included in Acrobat Standard and Pro for teams alongside PDF editing, with a single admin console.

Enterprise compliance and custom contracts

DocuSign

Its Enhanced plans list HIPAA support through a BAA, data residency and SSO. Adobe says Acrobat Standard and Pro e-signature do not offer the same compliance as Acrobat Sign Solutions, which is quote only.
