MachineMetrics vs Paperless Parts vs Tulip: which AI for manufacturing is best for a US job shop in 2026?
Every price and fact below was checked on each company's own website on October 11, 2026. Sources are listed at the bottom. No company pays to appear.
The short answer
Tulip is the only one of the three that publishes a price: $100 a month per interface on Essentials, billed annually with a 10 interface minimum, and it is the best fit for shops that want to build their own no-code apps. MachineMetrics is the better choice for machine monitoring and ERP-connected scheduling, but all three of its plans are quote only. Paperless Parts is the choice for shops whose bottleneck is quoting and RFQs, also quote only.

Worth knowing
- MachineMetrics and Paperless Parts do not publish prices. Both pricing pages lead to a demo or a pricing request, so any figure quoted elsewhere is not from the vendor.
- Tulip's $100 and $250 per interface prices are billed annually with a 10 interface minimum, and machine monitoring, extra AI Actions and Computer Vision cost extra.
- These three products solve different problems. Ranking them as like for like on price alone would be misleading.
- Prices and plan details are as shown on each vendor's own site on 11 October 2026 and can change at any time.
