Worth knowing
- Allowances are counted differently: RingCentral by minutes, Nextiva by conversations (a call counts at 30 seconds or more) and Upfirst by calls. Calls under 15 seconds or where the caller never speaks are not billed by Upfirst. A fair monthly cost depends on how many calls you get and how long they run.
- Upfirst's lower price is for annual billing, which it says saves 20%. Monthly billing is the higher figure.
- Nextiva's pricing page lists XBert as an add-on to its Core, Engage and Scale phone plans, with AI plans from $99 a month. Phone plan prices (Core $15, Engage $25 and Scale $75 per user a month) are separate and not included in the $99.
- Prices are US list prices in dollars as shown on each vendor's own site on 11 October 2026 and can change at any time.
