What customers criticise (separate from risk signals)

Its ceiling is low by design. It improves how things are written and has no view on whether they should have been sent, and a business with a positioning problem will get a beautifully worded version of the wrong message. Annual pricing is not published on the plans page we read, so the $12 is the monthly rate and any discount for committing is unknown until checkout. The enterprise tier requires a sales conversation, which puts the only unlimited option behind a call.
