What customers criticise (separate from risk signals)

Routings are an add on. On a list of manufacturing systems, a shop that needs to sequence operations pays $299 plus $199, and traceability and warehouse management are two more lines at $249 and $149. The base figure is also a floor rather than a price: the page states that cost adjusts with sales orders delivered and locations added, and does not publish the per unit rates, so a growing shop cannot forecast the bill from the page. Core includes one location; more are billed separately.
