This is also the smallest independent company in the top ten, and putting your customer follow up or your inbox triage inside a venture backed startup is a continuity risk a five person business should price honestly. The published free route is a seven day trial for teammates joining through Slack, with direct signups billed immediately, so testing it costs money on day one.
