Automation Ace review

One builder, 168 five star reviews, and a $25 a week plan for keeping automations alive.

Verdict

Automation Ace is one person, Troy Tessalone, and it says so on Zapier's directory, which lists it at Gold tier in Los Angeles with 168 reviews, all five stars. Its own site names Zapier, Make, Airtable and n8n setup, and a page on Zapier AI agents and MCP. The one printed price is unusual and useful: Automation Assurance, $25 a week to monitor and maintain live workflows, cancel any time. Most agencies on this page price the build and say nothing about the week a workflow quietly breaks. Its site returned HTTP 403 to direct reads, so we read it through a rendering proxy.

What customers praise

It names more platforms than most firms twice its size, and the $25 a week monitoring line answers the cost most owners forget. It says it has served 850+ clients and built 10,000+ automations since 2009, and that it is a Certified Make Partner, all vendor claims.

What customers criticise

One person is a capacity limit and a single point of failure. There is no free discovery call on its Zapier listing, and no project rate on its site. Its policies say project payments are generally non refundable once work has started. The site calls it a Top 10 Zapier Solution Partner while Zapier's own directory lists it at Gold, not Platinum.

Best for

A small United States business that wants one experienced builder across Zapier, Make, Airtable and n8n, including Zapier's AI agents and MCP, and wants the automations watched after they go live.

Red flags

Public risk signals as of October 2026: none. Live solo practice. $25 a week Automation Assurance and the platform list read through a rendering proxy on 8 October 2026 after direct reads returned HTTP 403. Gold tier, one employee and 168 reviews at 5.0 read on Zapier's partner directory the same day. No adverse public signals found. See the full red-flag report.
