Its intelligent automation service covers AI agents, RPA, document processing, workload automation and low code, with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Celonis, Camunda and OutSystems among its partners. That spread suits a company whose problem is orchestration, a workflow engine driving bots and people, rather than one bot. Agilify Automation's site now redirects to BP3, so its former clients land here.

What customers praise

The longest track record in the category on this list, a wide platform bench, and a named testimonial: TTI with 10 bots in production that it says saved about $600,000.

What customers criticise

No price or first step is published. The TTI saving has no method, and much of the firm's footprint outside Austin is in Europe. Ask who from the former Agilify team works on US accounts.

Best for

A US company that runs workflow on Camunda, OutSystems or Celonis alongside RPA, and wants a long standing process automation firm to orchestrate the lot.
