Verdict

The most legible commercial offer on this page. Cetec publishes $50 per user per month with a five user minimum and states that all modules, all features and standard reporting are in it, along with weekly backups, free install and free cloud hosting. Its own description of the product is ERP plus MRP plus CRM plus QMS plus MES, and the feature page puts it plainly: one system in totality, everything needed to run a manufacturing company, quoting, inventory, traceability, shop floor, compliance and financials. Integrated financials are described as the backbone, linking operations and accounting in real time. A shop of five people is looking at $250 a month for a system that holds its own ledger, which is a quarter of what the Premium seats above it cost.

What customers praise

It is the only full ERP here that answers the price question with a single figure and then includes everything in it, which matters more to a small manufacturer than a better demo. Shop floor control, material planning, quality and financials are all named as core rather than as modules to be quoted for, so the shape of the first bill is the shape of the second. Free install and free hosting in the Cetec cloud remove the two costs that usually appear after the decision is made.

What customers criticise

API access is capped at 1,000 requests a month on the standard price, which is a low ceiling for anybody joining it to a storefront, a shipping account or a machine, and the join is the whole point of this list. Document storage is 2gb per standard user. The five user minimum means the floor price is $250 a month even for a four person shop. And the launch packages that cover implementation are referenced on the pricing page without a figure, so the one cost that is not published is the one that varies most.
