Datanomix attacks the oldest data problem on a shop floor: the numbers depend on an operator typing them. Its monitoring needs no operator input, and its ERP Insights compares what the machine did against what the ERP expected. TMAC ai, its tooling AI, recommends tool load limits, flags suspect parts and suggests tool life. It names ProShop ERP, Paperless Parts and Fulcrum as partners, and SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Infor, NetSuite, Acumatica, Epicor, Zoho and Plex among the ERPs it connects to.

What customers praise

The 8 week pilot sets out its own terms: two days on site, six weeks of coaching, then ROI proof, and if the numbers work they talk about rollout. Ricaurte Precision is named. The vendor says most shops see a 15 percent output boost in 30 days, a vendor claim.

What customers criticise

datanomix.io/pricing returned not found, and the pilot's cost isn't stated. TMAC ai works only with Caron Engineering's TMAC hardware. It is built for CNC machining, so a process plant or an assembly line falls outside it. Per machine ROI figures of 17x, 13x, 7x and 2x come with no method.

Best for

A CNC machine shop running Haas, Fanuc, DMG Mori, Okuma or Mazak machines, on ProShop or another named ERP, that wants part counts and cycle times without asking operators to type anything.
