Verdict
Fiix prints its prices and says the price you see is the price you pay, with no setup or hardware fees. Its AI is Fiix Foresight, which the vendor calls the first and only AI engine for maintenance: it reads work order data, forecasts parts and spots the work orders behind repeat breakdowns. Foresight sits in the Professional plan at $75 a user a month. By our arithmetic five Professional users are $4,500 a year. The symptom it fixes is the plant that has years of maintenance history in the system and no one with time to read it.
What customers praise
A free plan with unlimited work orders and assets is a cheap way to start before paying for the AI. Monthly billing is allowed. Fiix says it has over 4,100 teams in more than 100 countries, a vendor claim.
What customers criticise
ERP integrations, out of the box or custom, are Enterprise only and at additional cost, and the integrations page names no ERP. Condition based triggers are Enterprise only too. Foresight needs history to read, so a plant starting from paper gets little from it in year one. An Asset Risk Predictor price appeared in a search snippet but not on the page when it was opened, so it is not quoted here.
Best for
A manufacturer with enough rotating equipment and work order history that a forecast of parts and a list of the work orders causing breakdowns would change what maintenance does next week.
