In ten weeks it took a large multi state health system from 201 AI features in its EHR to 19 initiatives, each with a value range, a quarter and a KPI. It sized nine of them at an estimated $29 million to $45 million in annual net patient revenue and printed the words "pending operator validation" beside the figure. It then set a six to eight week phase to confirm baselines before any value is claimed.

What customers praise

Its Compass AI programme identifies, implements and scales Epic AI features for clinical operations or revenue cycle work. It also builds: it says it designed and implemented custom large language model applications, with a 50 to 70% reduction in admin burden on clinical case reviews at a pediatric health system. It says it implements collaboratively to create ownership among your teams.

What customers criticise

No price is printed, and every client in the cases read is unnamed. The work centres on Epic, so a group on athenahealth, eClinicalWorks or a dental system should ask for a case on its own platform. The 50 to 70% and 75 hours a month figures carry no method.

Best for

A health system running Epic that already pays for AI features it hasn't switched on, and wants someone to pick the few worth turning on, set a baseline and put them live in clinical operations or the revenue cycle.
