MercOlogy has the second highest review count on Zapier's directory of any agency we read, 438 at 5.0, from a team of two to four people in Lake Odessa, Michigan. It says most workflows are scoped, built and delivered in one to two weeks, and offers a live build session called InstaBuild. Its services page names AI integration for summaries, classification, decisioning and routing, and HIPAA compliant healthcare automations through Keragon, which few agencies here mention. It ranks ninth because it prints no price and names no clients.

What customers praise

Fast and cheap to start, with a $200 minimum, and a founder, David Mercer, with more than a decade in the work by its own about page. The Keragon line matters to a clinic owner who cannot put patient data through an ordinary workflow.

What customers criticise

No price and no named clients or case studies. Its own site says it serves solopreneurs and SMBs, so a larger programme is outside its fit. One review on Zapier's directory, November 2025, says the buyer was charged although the Zap did not work. AI agents, Make and n8n are not named.
