Netrix Global review

Owns the roadmap, with 600+ engineers in the same firm to build it.

Verdict

Netrix Global sells the chief AI officer seat as part of an AI practice that also builds agents and runs workflows, which is its strongest point. The page describes the job a stuck company needs done: own the roadmap, decide what gets built, stop last quarter's pilot from stalling, check new AI work against your security and compliance bar before it ships, and turn AI activity into numbers a board can use. The firm gives two Illinois addresses, in Bannockburn and Schaumburg, and says it has 600+ engineers.

What customers praise

The seat and the builders sit in one firm, so a decision does not wait for a second vendor. The page says plainly that the CAIO works beside your CIO rather than replacing them, and that hours rise when something new is scoped and fall when it is running.

What customers criticise

No price and no stated hours, and the person who makes the decisions works for the firm that sells the build, so ask who checks that the build is needed. Most of its site is managed IT, cloud and security services, and the buyers it names are mostly Microsoft 365 shops.

Best for

A US mid-market company on Microsoft 365, often in legal, financial services, manufacturing or professional services, that has shipped one or two AI pilots and wants one owner for what happens next, with a build team behind them.
