Verdict

Paperless Parts is the clearest answer on this page to a single operational symptom: the estimator who spends the morning reading drawings. Wingman, its AI, is described as manufacturing aware and built into the quoting workflow. It pulls GD&T callouts, tolerances, material requirements, BOM structure and RFQ terms out of the print package and autofills the quote. Then the quote has to land somewhere, and here Paperless Parts names more job shop ERPs than any other entry: E2 Shop, JobBOSS, JobBOSS2, M1, Epicor, Fulcrum, Genius ERP, Global Shop Solutions, Infor SyteLine, Infor VISUAL, Made2Manage, MIE Trak Pro, Plex, ProShop and StartProto, plus QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce and Power BI.

What customers praise

The integration list is the best on this page for a shop that already owns an ERP and doesn't want to replace it. The vendor's own example is a missed EDM step on a $100,000 part that the AI would have caught. Baillie Fabricating and Welding is named with year end numbers 20 to 30 percent higher, which is a vendor claim.

What customers criticise

Nothing is priced. The pricing page is a lead form with a claim of ROI in five months or less and no method behind it. It fixes quoting and nothing after the quote, so a shop whose pain is the floor, late jobs or maintenance gets nothing from it. No accuracy figure is published for Wingman, and the page doesn't say whether the ERP connections are included or charged.

Best for

A machine shop, fabricator or contract manufacturer whose estimators read multi page print packages by hand and retype the material, tolerances and routing into a quote, then again into the ERP when the job is won.
