Verdict

Tegria runs an AI Innovation Lab that tests a use case before you scale it. For St. Luke's University Health Network, each proof of concept was scoped to one business problem, ran over a four to five week sprint against criteria for feasibility, impact and risk, and ended in a clear go or no go decision. It also sells AI powered denial appeals and Epic and MEDITECH services.

What customers praise

A short, bounded first commitment with a named health system behind it, and roots in a provider: Providence founded it in 2020.

What customers criticise

The St. Luke's case gives no figures, and the client's own quote calls the work exploratory. No price is printed. Tegria announced its acquisition of CloudWave on 19 October 2026 and named Craig Mengert chief executive, so expect the firm to be reshaping itself.

Best for

A health system on Epic or MEDITECH that has a list of AI ideas, wants each one tested in a few weeks against success criteria, and wants a plain go or no go before it spends on a rollout.

Red flags

Public risk signals as of November 2026: low. Live firm. Innovation Lab, St. Luke's case, founding history and Spokane address read on its own pages on 7 November 2026. It announced the CloudWave acquisition on 19 October 2026 and a new chief executive; neither is adverse, both mean change. See the full red-flag report.
