Acumatica is the best fit for most mid-sized distributors that want a full ERP with a published starting price, from $1,495 a month with implementation and support included. NetSuite suits multi-entity, multi-currency distributors, but it publishes no price and sells on quote only. Fishbowl is the cheapest way in for a distributor that already runs QuickBooks, from $229 a month for Fishbowl Inventory or $595 a month for Fishbowl Advanced Warehouse.

Oracle NetSuite for Wholesale Distribution

NetSuite's page describes multi-entity operations with multicurrency support, tax compliance and tariff analysis. The other two pages do not mention it.

Small distributors on QuickBooks

Fishbowl

Fishbowl Inventory starts at $229 a month and syncs with QuickBooks Online and Xero. It is the lowest published entry price of the three.

Distributors with EDI, 3PL or several warehouses on a budget

Fishbowl

Advanced Warehouse lists multi-warehouse, 3PL workflows and EDI integrations from $595 a month. Final pricing is quoted.

Buyers who want a price before talking to sales

Acumatica APEX for Distribution

NetSuite publishes no price, and Fishbowl Advanced is confirmed by quote. Acumatica shows a monthly starting figure.

Worth knowing

  • NetSuite does not publish prices. Its page says the licence has three parts (core platform, optional modules and number of users) plus a one-time implementation fee. Expect a quote.
  • Fishbowl's pricing page describes its prices as illustrative current published rates, subject to change, and says Advanced pricing is always confirmed by quote. Inventory prices are billed annually.
  • Acumatica's USD 1,495 monthly is a starting price for a configured APEX package. The page does not list what the final price depends on, so use its configurator for a real figure.
  • Prices were read on each vendor's own site on 11 October 2026 and can change at any time. Acumatica and NetSuite are full ERP suites. Fishbowl is an inventory and manufacturing platform that connects to accounting software.
