On Abby's own table the AI minute costs $1.65 on Starter and $1.38 on Growth, several times what RingCentral, Upfirst or Marlie charge. HIPAA is offered for human answering only, not the AI. The site says 157 native integrations in one place and 1,000 in another. A business that only wants AI is paying for a human service it may not use.
