It names booking targets well beyond the usual three calendars: Acuity, Microsoft Bookings, Square Appointments, Mindbody, Jane App, SimplePractice, NexHealth, Open Dental, Dentrix Ascend, Vagaro and Boulevard, plus CRMs from HubSpot to Clio and ServiceTitan. Every plan carries both AI and human answering, and an AI minute counts as half an Abby Minute. The AI answers FAQs, screens, routes, transfers warm and books.

For a wellness, therapy or dental office on a niche scheduler, Abby is the only product here that names Mindbody, Jane App or SimplePractice. It is month to month, with no setup fee and a free trial on every plan. It has been answering phones for more than 20 years and says it serves 6,200 businesses, and it names the models it runs on.
