What customers criticise (separate from risk signals)
Canopy Coworker is marked coming soon on the homepage and listed among plan features on the pricing page. Those cannot both be true, and a firm signing an annual contract for the AI needs to know which. The price compounds: $149 a user, plus $34 a client for tax workflow, plus $10 a connected client for close, plus $50 a user for tax resolution. Neither the homepage nor the pricing page names a single third party integration, so whether a return or a close reaches QuickBooks Online or a tax package is a question for the demo. Annual billing is what the published prices assume.
