What customers criticise (separate from risk signals)

Solopreneur is one user and annual billing only, so a two person firm jumps straight to $59 or $79. Magic Books Review, the feature a bookkeeper would buy this for, sits only on the $79 tier. No tax package is named anywhere on the pricing page, so a US tax practice on Drake or UltraTax is looking at the wrong product. And Client Hub is a much smaller company than Karbon or Canopy, with no user count, firm count or funding published on the pages read this run, so a firm betting five years of workflow on it is betting on less evidence.
