What customers criticise (separate from risk signals)
Credit allowances are small against real use: 500 credits on Starter goes quickly when agents are doing anything continuous, and the overage is then a variable bill at $0.010 a credit or $10 per 1,000 credit pack. The published Starter seat price of $20 is also frequently discounted to a promotional rate, which makes the standing cost harder to pin down than it should be. And the whole proposition collapses if you are not already a HubSpot customer, because the price of entry is not the seat, it is the migration.
