What customers criticise (separate from risk signals)
The pricing structure is the weakness. A qualifying Microsoft 365 licence is required before the add on can be bought at all, so the real number is two lines rather than one, and the headline $18.00 is promotional against a regular price of $21.00. Annual commitment is required for that rate, which is the least reversible purchase on this page for a buyer who may be wrong. And there is no free tier and no trial on the pricing page we read, so the cheapest way to find out whether it helps is to commit for a year.
