What customers criticise (separate from risk signals)

It is not an ERP and does not claim to be. There is no material requirements planning, no routings and no shop floor terminal, so a shop sequencing operations across machines is looking at the wrong entry. Pricing is on order lines a month, so a seasonal business pays most in the month it can least afford to be surprised, and the step from Indie to Business is a doubling. The name changed, which means the reviews and the documentation a buyer finds will be filed under two names for a while.
