BrokerWare's integrations page is organised the way a broker thinks, and every bucket has names in it. Capacity: 123Loadboard, Cargo Chief, DAT, Parade, Trucker Path, Trucker Tools and Truckstop. Onboarding: DAT, Highway, MyCarrierPortal, RMIS, SaferWatch and Truckstop, with the line that it is fully integrated with all of the leading tools. Visibility: Chain, Descartes MacroPoint, FourKites, project44, TextLocate and Trucker Tools. Accounting: QuickBooks, Dynamics 365, Epay Manager, Relay and Triumph. EDI through its own team or Bitfreighter. Insurance through Loadsure, Falvey and others. Only McLeod names more. It ranks fifth because it prints no price.

What customers praise

It is built for brokers and nothing else, which most products on this page cannot say. ShipMind, its robotic process automation, is built into the product, and the site's own line on AI is that it is a tool, not the product. 3PL Systems says brokers save an average of 10 minutes per load.

What customers criticise

No price, no trial, only a demo. The site says both over 90 and over 100 LTL carriers through API. The 10 minutes per load figure is a vendor claim with no method.

Best for

A truckload and LTL brokerage that wants every connection category covered by name, including insurance and co brokering, and robotic automation built in, and does not need a price before the first call.
