Verdict

AgencyBloc says outright that in health, benefits and Medicare the CRM and the agency management system are the same thing, and AMS+ is built that way: leads, clients, policies, VoIP with call recording, texting, electronic scope of appointment and commissions in one record. It is also where Radius went. AgencyBloc bought RadiusBob in 2022 and Radius is no longer sold, so a Radius user's upgrade path is here. The pricing page names the quoting and enrollment links an agency in these lines needs: Connecture, Ease, Employee Navigator, Lead Advantage Pro, SunFire, HealthSherpa for Medicare and RetireFlo. It ranks fourth because it prints no price at all.

What customers praise

Named, line specific integrations on the pricing page itself, and the commission module links agents, policies and carrier statements, which is where life and health agencies lose money. Electronic scope of appointment and ACA consent forms are built in. Call recordings attach to the client record.

What customers criticise

No price for any plan, only a request for customised pricing. 'The #1 recommended AMS' is AgencyBloc's own phrase with no method shown. It names no property and casualty AMS or rater, so it is the wrong product for a P&C agency. Website building is an additional cost.

Best for

A health, Medicare, group benefits or life agency, or an upline, that wants the CRM, VoIP, texting, scope of appointment forms and commissions in one system built for those lines, with quoting through Connecture, SunFire or Employee Navigator.
