AgencyView is the cheapest honest start on this page for health and life agents: a free plan with no expiry for up to 25 clients or policies, $29 and $49 plans above it, and $199 a month for 5 users with each extra user at $20. It does the work life and health agencies keep in spreadsheets: upload carrier commission files, match them, track chargebacks and advances, and run downline payroll from the same data. Quoting for Medicare Advantage, Part D and ACA plans sits on the lead record, and enrollment is handed to the agent's own HealthSherpa account. It ranks fifth because the evidence base is thin: its homepage cites a Capterra rating of 5.0 from 6 reviews.

What customers praise

Every price and cap is printed, including what happens when you outgrow a plan. The Agency plan's 5 users for $199 is about $40 a user, by our arithmetic. Medicare IDs and policy numbers are encrypted, per the vendor. Dialer, SMS and email are a flat $50 a month per account, not per agent.

What customers criticise

Six Capterra reviews, cited by the vendor, is a small record. It names no property and casualty AMS, rater or carrier download. The 60+ carriers and $35.5M+ in commissions tracked are vendor claims. Enrollment leaves AgencyView for HealthSherpa.

Best for

A health, Medicare or life agent, or a small agency with a downline, that wants commissions, chargebacks, payroll and Medicare and ACA quoting in a CRM with a free plan and printed prices.
