The homepage shows NetSuite, QuickBooks, NCR, Sage, Odoo and Entrée as ERPs it connects to, and Choco's own article on integrations says it connects to more than 200 ERP, CRM and logistics systems, with first orders reaching the ERP in as little as two days and full synchronisation typically within two weeks. OrderAgent is the reason a distributor buys it: Choco says it captures every voicemail, email, text and handwritten note and feeds the order into the ERP with no manual entry. It is an ordering layer, so it sits above the system that holds catch weights and lots rather than replacing it.

What customers praise

The most specific connection claim on this page: named ERPs, a count, and a stated time to first order. For a distributor whose sales reps spend the morning typing up voicemails, this is the single change that removes the most retyping. Choco says 30,000 distributors use it and it processes over a million orders a month, and it names Dot Foods as a partner.

What customers criticise

There is no price, only the line that Choco charges a monthly fee depending on usage. It does not hold inventory, lots or catch weights, so a distributor still needs the ERP underneath.
