What customers criticise

No figure appears anywhere. The FAQ says pricing is subscription based on users, modules or sites with transparent annual fees, but gives no amounts. The page quotes implementation at a few weeks for a basic setup and a few months for multi-site, which a small shop should plan for. It describes no inspection planning or SPC charting.
