Verdict

The right answer to the commercial application, sold by a company that will not call it AI. Indio replaces the PDF round trip with an online application the client fills in, comments on and signs, drawn from a library Applied states holds more than 14,000 insurance applications. Renewal is the part that matters: last year's data prefills this year's form, the client verifies what is unchanged and edits what is not, and every verification is logged, which is an errors and omissions file as much as a time saving. The join is real and bi-directional with Applied Epic, and Applied's release notes describe importing and exporting ACORD 155 between Epic and Indio so an insured can update the form in Indio and have it pushed back. It sits seventh because Applied describes it as smart form technology and never claims a model, and this is a list of AI tools.

What customers praise

A library of more than 14,000 applications means the form your carrier wants is probably already in there, and that is the whole product for a commercial agency. The collaborative model, where several people at the client can work on one application and leave questions on the parts they do not understand, removes the back and forth that actually eats the week rather than the typing everybody complains about. Renewal prefill with a logged verification trail is the strongest errors and omissions argument on this page. Native eSignature removes the print, sign, scan, email loop.
