Verdict

Jonas lists a standard accounting set of AR, AP, GL, payroll and multi-company, job costing under project management, and work order management and billing for service. Its pages show WIP over and under billing but do not mention retainage or AIA billing.

What customers praise

The modules page says the GL integrates with Job Costing and lets you post and view over and under billing (WIP) and overhead. It also lists T&M billing and work order billing, which suits contractors with a service arm.

What customers criticise

Neither retainage nor AIA billing appears on the pages we read. The pricing page offers custom pricing only and says to ask a sales rep about add-ons.

Best for

Contractors that also run service work and want job costing, work order billing and payroll from one vendor.
