Main & Machine prints the whole rate card on its pricing page: a fixed scope AI Readiness Audit at $3,500 to $8,500 over two to four weeks, an Implementation Sprint at $12,000 to $45,000 over four to twelve weeks, and managed services from $1,500 a month. It's the only firm on this page that puts a delivery promise in writing: if a scoped workflow isn't live in your operation within 90 days, it keeps building at no charge until it is.
What customers praise
Up to 25% of a sprint price comes back as audit credit if you sign the sprint within 60 days. Managed services carry no lock in, you can cancel any month, and annual payers get unused months refunded. The sprint builds one recurring task in your existing tools, with human approval points, testing and training at handoff.
What customers criticise
The only named deployment is MARCUS, a 14 agent system at B:Side Capital, a lender run by Main & Machine's own founder, Christopher Myers, and the firm labels that reporting first party. The build team is not named; the founder scopes and signs off. The page says you get a system you own and are trained on, but doesn't spell out code or account ownership.
