Verdict
The only entry here that treats the phone as a number to be managed rather than a job to be removed. Aimee answers calls, texts back the ones that were missed, books appointments and then reports on what happened, and the reporting is the part Peerlogic sells hardest. Its case figures, read on peerlogic.com on 16 September 2026, are the most legible on this page: 144 appointments worth $47,088 recovered from calls that were never answered, 311 appointments booked across six locations at one Florida group, 38 percent fewer missed appointments and an average $16,000 increase in production. Those are Peerlogic's own customer figures. For a practice owner who cannot yet say how many calls went unanswered last Tuesday, that measurement is worth more than the agent.
What customers praise
Measurement first is the right instinct in a practice that has never seen its own call data. Aimee covers voice and text rather than voice alone, which matters because a patient who rings at 20:00 and gets a text back at 20:01 is recovered by the text, not the call. Peerlogic serves veterinary practices as well as dental, so the same call patterns have been tested on a second appointment business. The missed call follow up is the highest value single feature on this page and Peerlogic leads with it.
What customers criticise
No published price. The site says Peerlogic is built to integrate with most major practice management systems and then names none of them, so the 35 percent of this rubric that rides on booking into the chair schedule is being taken on trust. Analytics products have a way of becoming dashboards nobody opens after month three, and a practice buying this for the reporting should ask who on the team is contracted to read it. It is also the wrong entry for a single location office with six calls a day, where the measurement will tell you something you already know.
Best for
A group that suspects the phone is losing money and wants the evidence before it buys the fix, because Peerlogic counts what the front desk did with every call as well as answering the ones nobody picks up
Red flags
Public risk signals as of September 2026: none. Live product. Aimee's voice and text capability, the missed call follow up and every case figure printed here were read on peerlogic.com and peerlogic.com/aimee on 16 September 2026 and are the vendor's own customer claims. No price published and no practice management system named on either page. No adverse public signals found. See the full red-flag report.
