Verdict

qBotica is the only firm on this list that prints what process automation costs to run. Its Automation as a Service page lists a three bot package from $9,000 a month, five bots from $20,000 and ten or more from $47,000, and each tier includes design, development and testing, the UiPath licences, support and fixes, and cloud hosting. For a chief operating officer that turns automation into a line in the budget rather than a project. Its customer story for Polaris Transport describes more than 500 quotation documents a day processed automatically.

What customers praise

Printed tiers with the licence cost inside them, a named logistics client with a workload figure, and a managed model where the firm keeps the bots running. Document processing (its DoqumentAI product) and agentic work sit next to the bots.

What customers criticise

Every package is built on UiPath and bundles UiPath licences, so leaving qBotica can mean renegotiating licences as well. The pages read state no contract term, minimum or ownership terms, and the Polaris figures carry no method. Part of the leadership and delivery sits in Chennai.

Best for

A US company with repetitive back office work in documents, quotes, invoices or claims, which wants the bots built, licensed, hosted and fixed for one monthly fee instead of hiring an automation team.
