What customers praise

Even the entry plan lists dispatch, progress tracking, customer notifications, voice guided navigation and proof of delivery or service. Enterprise Optimization adds remote and on site professional services and tailored onboarding.

What customers criticise

The pricing page does not say how many drivers or stops each plan covers, so total cost for your fleet cannot be worked out without asking. It mentions a 7 day trial but not which plans include it.

Teams that want a large feature ladder, from basic route planning up to custom algorithms, and are comfortable with flat monthly plans.
