A free trial for up to 5 vehicles needs no credit card, and annual billing is described as two months free.

What customers criticise

The pricing page contradicts itself: the plan cards show $3 and $5 per vehicle per month while the FAQ says $2 and $4, and the page says pricing changes on 15 September 2026, a date already past at the time we read it. Work orders are not on the Essential plan.

Best for

Small fleets of a few vehicles to a few dozen that want preventive maintenance, inspections and fuel logs for a few dollars per vehicle per month.
