Tai names the connections that matter in sentences, not just logos, which is why it ranks above vendors with longer lists. It says it has two way integrations with DAT, Truckstop and 123Loadboard to post and pull rates without leaving the system, direct API and EDI connections to LTL carriers including FedEx Freight, XPO, Estes and Old Dominion, and live tracking from Macropoint, Trucker Tools and FourKites in the same view. The plans are printed: Growth $995 a month for 2 staff logins and 200 shipments, Premium $2,465 for 6 and 600, Premium Plus $4,595 for 12 and 1,200, and Pro $7,925 for 25 and 2,500. It ranks fourth because the accounting, onboarding and CRM partners on its integrations page appear only as unlabelled logos, so this page cannot score them.

What customers praise

The LTL connections are the strongest on the page for a brokerage that moves both truckload and LTL. Tai says an email scraping AI builds shipments from the inbox and a track and trace AI agent calls drivers around the clock in several languages, with no driver app. Tai says hundreds of brokerages use it. What customers criticise

Two staff logins on a $995 plan is thin; most brokerages will start at Premium, $2,465 a month. Tai has joined the Descartes Systems Group, which also owns Aljex at first. The homepage says both 100+ and 500+ API and EDI integrations, and the copy still refers to a Google Bard integration, a product Google retired. The 97 percent automation rate, 1.4M hours saved and 11 hours a week are vendor claims.
