Verdict

Track-POD gives buyers two ways to pay and publishes both. Per driver plans run from $49 a month on annual billing to $99 monthly for the top tier, each with a minimum of 3 drivers, and per order plans run from $510 a month for 3,000 orders.

What customers praise

Its homepage lists electronic proof of delivery with digital signatures, live GPS tracking and ETA, route optimization, barcode scanning, cash on delivery support, geofencing and branded tracking pages. A free trial needs no card, and the page says more than 10,000 companies use it.

What customers criticise

The Advanced per driver plan caps orders at 6,000 a month, and a 3 driver minimum rules out the smallest operators. Route optimization is listed as one feature among many, so planning depth is harder to judge from the page than at routing first vendors.

Best for

Distribution and delivery teams that care most about electronic proof of delivery and want a choice between per driver and per order billing.
