Truckbase ranks third because its feature list is deep and its connections are named, but the price page prints one number. The home page lists an AI-powered load importer, dispatch details sent by text or email, settlements by load and driver with stop pay and reimbursements, instant invoicing, mobile BOL scanning and live tracking from ELD data. It names Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Azuga, BigRoad, PeopleNet and Zonar, says over 30 ELDs, and syncs QuickBooks. The only price is $290 a month minimum, billed annually.

What customers praise

Onboarding and implementation are described as free and virtual, with no hidden fees. The home page says setup takes about an hour with a dedicated account manager and that historical data can be back-filled when switching. Drivers do not have to use the app, because dispatch and scanning work by text.

What customers criticise

Five pricing models are listed and none has a rate. The $290 minimum, billed annually, is a lot for a carrier with one or two trucks. Factoring, fuel cards and routing with PC*Miler or Google Maps are marked coming soon. No load board is named. There is no free trial on either page, only a demo.
