What customers criticise (separate from risk signals)

It names no artificial intelligence feature of its own on the home page or the pricing page. The word automation is used throughout and the word AI is not, which is honest and also disqualifying for a reader who came here for a model. The integrations page footer still reads Vertafore copyright 2023, which is not the maintenance signal you want on the page that is meant to prove currency. Being a Vertafore product means the interesting AI work is happening in the Velocity platform at entry nine rather than here, and an agency buying AgencyZoom today is buying workflow with an AI roadmap attached rather than AI with a price.
