What customers criticise (separate from risk signals)
The headline price is a floor, not a ceiling. Copilot Business is an add on to a Microsoft 365 licence you must already hold, so the real monthly cost is the licence plus the add on, and the full Microsoft 365 Copilot at $30.00 is a different and more expensive product than the one advertised at $18.00. Copilot Studio moves you onto a credit meter where the credits consumed per agent action vary, which is precisely the kind of bill a small business cannot forecast. And if you are a Google shop, none of this applies and you should stop reading at this entry.
