What customers criticise (separate from risk signals)

The AI is only as good as what sits in MyCase. A firm whose documents live in NetDocuments or iManage gets an assistant that cannot see them, and MyCase does not name either on the pages we read. Basic at $50 carries no AI at all, so the real entry price for this list is $100 per user. The product has been renamed 8am IQ for MyCase, and the old MyCase IQ addresses return 404, which will confuse anyone searching for it by the name they heard. The 130+ bar associations line is a vendor claim with no list attached.
