Verdict

MyCase wins this page because it is the only practice management system here that prints a price for the plan the AI comes in. Pro is $100 per user per month on annual billing and carries the 8am IQ writing and document assistant. Advanced is $130 and adds the case assistant and the discovery assistant with OCR, and the AI page states it is included with Advanced for no extra cost. That matters for the question this list is built on, because the answer stays where the matter lives. MyCase says you can save and share summaries inside your case workspace, search across notes, filings and messages, and verify every AI insight with transparent citations. A ten person firm on Advanced pays $15,600 a year by our arithmetic, and it knows that number on day one. The 10 day trial needs no credit card.

What customers praise

Three plans, two billing terms, six prices, all on the page. Discovery OCR comes with 5,000 pages per user each month and a further 5,000 pages for the whole firm costs $30, which is the only page metering rate any vendor here publishes. LawPay sits on the pricing page at no monthly fee, and MyCase lists more than 70 integrations plus its own MCP connection, so a firm that later wants Claude or another model to read the case data has a door to do it through.

What customers criticise

The AI is only as good as what sits in MyCase. A firm whose documents live in NetDocuments or iManage gets an assistant that cannot see them, and MyCase does not name either on the pages we read. Basic at $50 carries no AI at all, so the real entry price for this list is $100 per user. The product has been renamed 8am IQ for MyCase, and the old MyCase IQ addresses return 404, which will confuse anyone searching for it by the name they heard. The 130+ bar associations line is a vendor claim with no list attached.

Best for

A small or mid sized United States firm that wants AI to read its own case files and leave the summary inside the case, at a price it can see before a sales call.
