Live product. The $49, $149 and $299 plans, their 250, 1,000 and 2,000 minute allowances, the $50 website texting add on with 25 conversations and $1 per conversation after, the English and Spanish support, the Zapier integration and the 3.1 million calls and 2,000 or more businesses counters were all read on heyrosie.com on 16 September 2026. No healthcare sector named and no HIPAA statement on the pages read. No adverse public signals found.

None. We searched data breaches, court filings, BBB billing complaints, and support-rating trend lines — nothing material surfaced as of our last verification.

What customers criticise (separate from risk signals)

It sends a scheduling link. It does not book. The gap between those two things is the difference between a patient who arrives and a patient who meant to. Zapier is the only named integration route, and no practice management system is named anywhere. Rosie's own site names plumbing, HVAC, construction, accounting, real estate, law, property management and electricians as the sectors it serves, and no healthcare of any kind, which is consistent with the absence of any HIPAA statement on the pages read. At 250 minutes it also runs out fast in a practice with real call volume.
