Verdict

The cheapest credible way to stop a voicemail greeting losing patients overnight. Rosie publishes three plans, read on heyrosie.com on 16 September 2026: Professional at $49 a month for 250 minutes, Scale at $149 for 1,000, and Growth at $299 for 2,000, with a website texting add on at $50 a month covering 25 conversations and $1 each after that. It answers in English and Spanish, filters spam, sends a transcript and a summary, and can send the caller a scheduling link. Its own counters say it has handled 3.1 million calls for more than 2,000 businesses. For a two dentist practice whose current after hours plan is an answering machine, $49 is a small experiment with a real upside.

What customers praise

The price is published, the minute allowances are published, and the entry tier is low enough that a practice can test it on the out of hours line without a purchase order. English and Spanish are both covered at every tier. Transcripts, recordings and summaries arrive by email, text and app, so the morning huddle can see what the phone did at 21:00 without asking anyone.

What customers criticise

It sends a scheduling link. It does not book. The gap between those two things is the difference between a patient who arrives and a patient who meant to. Zapier is the only named integration route, and no practice management system is named anywhere. Rosie's own site names plumbing, HVAC, construction, accounting, real estate, law, property management and electricians as the sectors it serves, and no healthcare of any kind, which is consistent with the absence of any HIPAA statement on the pages read. At 250 minutes it also runs out fast in a practice with real call volume.

Best for

A single location practice that wants the after hours line covered for $49 a month and is content with a message, a transcript and a booking link
