Revenova TMS review

The CRM and the TMS are one Salesforce system, with a long named partner list and no price.

Verdict

Revenova is the one product on this page where the CRM is not a connection at all: it is built natively on Salesforce, so the shipper record, the quote and the load sit in the same database. That removes the most common double entry in a brokerage, a rep keying a customer into the CRM and again into the TMS. Its partner page names DAT, Truckstop and LoadBoard Network on load boards, Highway, MyCarrierPortal and Truckstop RMIS on vetting, Descartes MacroPoint, FourKites, project44, Trucker Tools, TextLocate and Samsara on tracking, Accounting Seed for the books, and Kleinschmidt, Bitfreighter and Cleo for EDI. It ranks sixth because it prints no price, and the accounting connection named is Accounting Seed rather than QuickBooks.

What customers praise

Artimus, its AI agent, handles load creation from emails and quote requests, and Revenova says it books loads 80 percent faster and answers quote requests from stored rate data. Revenova says tens of thousands of logistics professionals use it.

What customers criticise

No price anywhere. The FAQ quotes a range from $50 per user a month to over $100,000 a year, and that range describes the market, not Revenova, so do not read it as a quote. The pages read do not say whether Salesforce licences are included. The homepage says 4,200+ AppExchange applications and the partner page says 7,000+. The 80 percent figure is a vendor claim.

Best for

A brokerage that already runs its sales desk on Salesforce and wants the TMS, the CRM and the customer record to be one system, with an AI agent building loads from email.
