Truckstop ITS Dispatch review

$75 or $99 a month with unlimited users, QuickBooks and RMIS named, no tracking connection named.

Verdict

ITS Dispatch is the cheapest flat price on the page: $75 a month for Broker/Shipper and $99 for Pro, both with unlimited users, before fees and taxes. It names QuickBooks and RMIS in writing, says it links straight to Truckstop, and sells SaferWatch Guardian at $79 a month and SaferWatch Assure at $195, which the signup page says are included in the Pro package. For a five person brokerage that is $1,188 a year for Pro by our arithmetic. It ranks ninth because the pages read name no tracking feed, no EDI connection and no load board beyond Truckstop's own, and Truckstop's broker integrations page loaded empty.

What customers praise

Unlimited users at $99 is the lowest cost of putting a whole desk on one screen. Truckstop says the average ITS Dispatch customer sees a 31 percent increase in loads and 18 hours saved a week. It describes the product as suited to small and medium sized brokerages.

What customers criticise

Dual Authority Pro is shown as $129 per user per month beside free unlimited users, and the signup page prices the same plan at $129 plus $5 a truck. The signup page adds an initial charge of $125 and says a sales associate will call for payment. No MacroPoint, Trucker Tools, FourKites, DAT or EDI connection is named on the pages read. The 31 percent and 18 hour figures are vendor claims.

Best for

A small brokerage already on the Truckstop load board that wants QuickBooks and RMIS joined to a TMS for under $100 a month, and does not need tracking or EDI connections yet.
