What customers criticise (separate from risk signals)

The homepage says plans start at zero dollars and the pricing page shows no $0 plan. Each plan says no user limit while charging per user. The same paragraph says 53 and 52 load boards. Several pages carry leftover template text about brand ambassador and influencer programmes. ascendtms.com/pricing is a login shell; the prices are on thefreetms.com. The 63,300 figure and the most used TMS claim are vendor claims.
