Smith.ai is the only entry here that starts at $0. The free plan covers 25 calls a month at $3 a call after that, Pro is $150 for 75 calls, and the per extra call rates are printed for every tier: $2.50, $2.30 and $2.17 on Pro, $2.10 on the 500 call Enterprise tier. It lists native integrations with Clio and Zapier on the plan table, and its integrations page names 8am MyCase and Actionstep. A caller at 7pm becomes a record the next morning rather than a missed opportunity. It ranks seventh because it does intake and nothing else, and the integration list was only partly readable on 1 October 2026.

The most complete price table on this page. A firm can calculate its bill at 60 calls and at 400 calls before it talks to anyone, and callers can remove up to 10 percent of calls as spam. If the AI is not enough, the human receptionist plans are printed too: 30 calls for $300 a month and 300 calls for $2,100.

It answers the phone. It will not draft, research or read a file, so it solves one leak, not the matter workflow. The integrations page rendered only part of its list for us, so we could confirm Clio, 8am MyCase, Actionstep and Zapier and nothing beyond. Per call pricing means a busy month costs more, and above 1,000 calls is custom.
